Legal Secretary

Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara, LLP is looking for qualified candidates with at least 1 year of recent litigation secretarial experience to fill the position of legal secretary in its Encinitas/North County office.

This is not a position for paralegal. A qualified candidate must be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, reliable, and able to work as a team player in a professional environment.

Requirements

Preparation of legal documents and filings

Calendaring for attorneys

Communicating with clients

Word processing

Assistance with administrative duties in the office as needed, including answering phones and filing
