Lead Full Stack Software Developer (React, Python)

The candidates will be required to participate in an online assessment to evaluate their technical skills. The assessment will be conducted between 6th and 9th July. Candidates who successfully clear the assessment will be invited to attend an in-person hiring drive scheduled for 11th July at our Hyderabad office. As Full-stack Engineer, you will be to join our fast-paced, customer-centric Experience Development Team. Responsibilities:

• Develop and Code in a full-stack arena using ? React, Python, Next.js, Node.js, GraphQL, tRPC, Java with Spring Boot / Kotlin.
• Develop in micro frontend SPA architecture.
• Experience in designing and developing connecting backends with frontend using experience designing and architecting integrations..
• Participate in the prioritization process to bring hidden technical needs to the roadmap.
• Translate business requirements into technical ones with very strong communication skills.
• Guide Junior fellows and help them develop their skills and qualities

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT application development, with at least 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer and proven experience leading development teams and delivering complex software solutions.
• Strong knowledge of micro-frontend architecture
• Exposure to AI-driven tools and platforms
• Experience with BFF Design patterns
• Must have Cloud technology experience
• Strong knowledge of Spring or other similar inversion of control frameworks
• Experience working in retail and/or E-commerce companies
• Experience working with API Gateway configuration
• Experience working with CICD/Jenkins pipelines configuration
• Experience working with Kubernetes
• A creative and precise problem solver
• Passionately worked on and driven large scale projects to completion
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
