Location: Fort Collins, Colorado, United States Schedule: Full-Time | Monday?Friday (No Weekends) Pay Rate: $26?$30/hour Employment Type: W2 Employee

Overview Ace Handyman Services is seeking a skilled and reliable Lead Craftsman to join our growing team in the Fort Collins, Loveland, and Greeley area. This is a full-time, W2 position offering consistent, year-round work without the stress of running your own business. • Perform a variety of residential and light commercial repair and maintenance tasks
• Complete work including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile work, and minor plumbing and electrical
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and clients
• Manage job scope and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements Must Have

• Must live in the Fort Collins, Loveland, or Greeley area
• 5?10+ years of real paid experience
• Must have own set of tools
• Must have a valid driver?s license
• Must have reliable transportation capable of hauling tools and small amounts of material
• Must have vehicle insurance
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Able to work as a W2 employee
• Must not be dependent on constant direction

• 5+ years of experience across multiple trades
• Customer service and/or sales experience
• Photos or portfolio of previous work
