We are seeking a passionate Lead Software Engineer to drive innovative solutions in the realm of customer service virtual assistants. You'll tackle diverse tasks, from architectural design to frontend and backend development, in a fast-paced and collaborative setting. Your technical expertise will be instrumental in shaping our product and enhancing the customer experience, ensuring seamless and efficient interactions with our virtual assistant. As a valued team member, you will be part of a dynamic yet highly autonomous work environment, where each member has clear expectations and the freedom to explore exciting projects. Your contributions will help generate AI-driven sales revenue and advance customer support solutions by leveraging the Agentic AI framework like Google NGA/ADK to enable intent-less, AI agent-driven conversations, keeping you abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the field. Collaborating with cross-functional team members, you will facilitate smooth integration and spearhead innovation in our virtual assistant offerings, ultimately transforming customer service experiences and boosting user satisfaction.
