Our three offices handle a mixture of civil defense, complex commercial and insurance coverage disputes, and extra-contractual and bad faith claims claims, litigated throughout the West Coast, providing expert West. We provide legal services to regional, national, and international clients. The Portland office of Bullivant Houser is interested in meeting with experienced trial lawyers who may be looking for a new opportunity to second-chair with a firmly established firmly-established insurance coverage and litigation practice.
