Landscape Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

Roche Landscaping Services is seeking a Landscape Construction Project Manager to lead our installation projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety while operating within budget. We are looking for a team player with a passion for success and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Fully understand project scope and objectives
• Solve problems and provide proactive solutions on-site
• Set daily expectations and oversee crew performance
• Plan and execute work within budgetary constraints
• Ensure job site safety and compliance
• Conduct daily reporting and review crew timesheets
• Train and mentor crew members for operational efficiency
• Manage change orders and ticket work
• Layout and plan work according to project drawings
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors
• Identify IPM issues and coordinate solutions
• Oversee organic material health and proper installation methods
• Obtain written project acceptance upon completion/Complete project on time per schedule
• Manage Miss Utility responsibilities and underground utility markings

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in landscaping construction project management
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of landscape construction, plant health, and site development
• Ability to read blueprints and project drawings
• Experience managing crews and subcontractors
• Familiarity with safety regulations and IPM practices
