Job Description
Cox Castle is seeking a land use associate with 3 - 5 years of experience to join our San Francisco office. Our ideal candidate will have focused experience in land use (project entitlements, administrative proceedings, and litigation), natural resource law, and CEQA/NEPA. Experience in renewable energy is a plus. Candidates with relevant transferable experience will also be considered.
Candidates must have strong academic credentials and solid foundational training. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are key. Admission to the California Bar is required.
The anticipated base salary for this position is $220,000 - $260,000, dependent upon experience and other relevant factors. Cox Castle also offers a comprehensive benefits package.
