Polsinelli is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel-level attorney to join our Labor & Employment Department, focusing on labor relations matters. This role is open to any of our national offices. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm or clerking experience, and superb research, writing, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess 6+ years of experience representing management in labor relations and union matters, along with a proven track record advising employers on issues under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), conducting collective bargaining, handling unfair labor practice charges, and navigating union organizing campaigns. Experience with high-stakes OSHA matters is also a plus. Polsinelli is particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition, drive, and team orientation to help grow and support our national practice. A discretionary bonus may be awarded based on performance.
