Labor & Employment Attorney-Partner Level

We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Attorney to join our growing team. Due to dynamic and sustained growth, our firm?now more than 90 attorneys strong?continues to expand its capabilities across key practice areas. The ideal candidate will have at least (10) years of focused experience in employment law, including litigation, counseling, and compliance. This role is ideal for a skilled practitioner who is ready to take a leadership position on complex matters and serve as a mentor to junior attorneys. What You'll Do: You will lead employment-related litigation and administrative agency matters, including those before the EEOC, DOL, NLRB, and other relevant agencies. You will provide expert advice on compliance with employment laws, assist with policy drafting and updates, and support clients in conducting internal investigations. Additionally, you will advise clients on best practices for training and risk management to ensure legal compliance and minimize liability.
