Our Las Vegas office is growing, and we are currently considering candidates with a range of experience, including attorneys at the Associate, Of Counsel, and Shareholder levels. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney to join our expanding employment litigation defense practice, taking on a significant role in litigation with extensive contact with clients and opposing counsel. Candidates admitted to practice in California, or those interested in sitting for the California bar, are strongly encouraged to apply. Our firm also offers opportunities for writing, publishing, and speaking engagements. Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Nevada. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. Candidates must possess 2 or more years of experience practicing in the field of labor and employment law.
