Labor & Employment Associate

Our Las Vegas office is expanding and, as a result, we have an opportunity for an attorney with employment litigation defense experience to join the firm?s growing practice and assume a major role in litigation, with extensive contact with client representatives and opposing counsel.

In addition to employment litigation, the ideal candidate will also assume a role in traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, representation petitions, and unfair labor practice charges.

Our firm also offers multiple opportunities for writing, publishing, and speaking engagements.

• Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Nevada. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
• Candidates must have 3+ years of employment litigation defense experience. Experience with traditional labor matters?such as collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, representation petitions, or unfair labor practice charges?is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills are required.
