Labor Construction

Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking a Labor Construction worker to join their team for a 5-6 Month Project.

As a Labor Construction worker, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting the construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Construction Demo and Moving Furniture, be dependable, and have previous knowledge in the field.

Job Title: Labor Construction

Location: Springfield, MO

Pay Range:

$18 per hour

What's the Job?

Moving & picking up furniture such as dressers, desks, entertainment centers, and king-size mattresses

Removing non-structural walls

Operating Saw-Saw to help remove drywall

Using general hand tools

Chipping bathroom tile using small chipping hammers/sledgehammers

Pushing wheelbarrow / dumping hoppers

Cleaning up the areas for the remodel

Reinstalling furniture once the removal is completed

Project will be at least 5-6 months

Steel toe boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and knee pads used daily

Able to work in a TEAM environment

What's Needed?

3 years of experience in the field

High School/GED

Ability to wear steel toe boots and maintain and bring safety equipment-safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and knee pads daily

Proper lifting techniques

Dependable and previous knowledge in the field
