Labor And Employment Attorney

Richards, Watson & Gershon (?RWG?) invites candidates with 5+ years of labor and employment experience to apply for a position representing public agencies in our Labor and Employment Department. Experience representing public agencies, advising on benefits including CalPERS or other public health care and retirement systems, knowledge of Cal/OSHA and workers? compensation laws, labor negotiation, and litigation experience are preferred. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, California Bar membership, superior research and writing skills and a commitment to professional excellence. Candidates will be considered for the Firm?s Candidates will be considered for the Firm?s Los Angeles office.

The salary range for this California-based role is $155,200 ? 185,000, and represents the Firm?s best estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation offered will depend upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, familiarity with relevant subject matters, labor and employment and litigation skill set, and business origination.
