Requirements

What you would do:

• Serve as the vital connection between our team and clientele, nurturing positive and fruitful relationships.
• Embrace the unique needs and aspirations of our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with swift and effective solutions.
• Take the initiative to communicate proactively with various teams on the client's side about order and shipment status, providing updates on any potential delays.
• Respond promptly to client concerns, collaborating with internal teams to implement impactful corrective measures.
• Work hand in hand with internal teams to devise strategies that elevate the customer experience.
• Keep precise records of all communications and transactions, creating a valuable resource for the future.
