Job Description EarthCam is seeking a high-impact?Key Account Manager?to drive strategic revenue growth within a portfolio of priority construction and infrastructure customers. This is a senior-level, quota-carrying role focused on expanding EarthCam's presence across major builders, developers, infrastructure owners, and program stakeholders through multi-project deployments and long-term account development strategies. The Key Account Manager develops account-level business plans aligned with customer capital programs and project pipelines, identifies portfolio rollout opportunities, and drives adoption across documentation, visual intelligence, and jobsite security solutions. This role is ideal for experienced construction-industry sellers who want to influence technology adoption across large-scale construction programs and build long-term partnerships within one of the largest industries in the world.

• Drive revenue growth within a defined portfolio of strategic construction and infrastructure accounts
• Develop and execute account-level business plans aligned with customer capital programs and upcoming project pipelines
• Identify and close expansion opportunities across multi-site deployments, regional portfolios, and enterprise construction customers
• Support program-level adoption across repeat builders, developers, and infrastructure owners
• Build relationships with project executives, operations leaders, VDC teams, safety stakeholders, and innovation groups
• Position EarthCam's solutions across documentation workflows, visual intelligence initiatives, and jobsite security strategies
• Engage customers early in preconstruction and planning phases to support portfolio rollout opportunities
• Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers to expand adoption across priority customers and strategic accounts
• Lead complex solution conversations tied to documentation strategy, project visibility, and operational risk mitigation
• Maintain disciplined pipeline forecasting and account planning within CRM
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Requirements Who You Are

• A strategic account seller who thrives on expanding relationships within complex construction organizations
• Experienced working with general contractors, developers, infrastructure owners, or ENR-ranked construction firms
• Comfortable engaging stakeholders across project teams, operations leadership, safety teams, and executive decision-makers
• Motivated by ownership of large opportunities tied to active capital programs and portfolio-level deployments
• Confident navigating long construction sales cycles and aligning solutions to project timelines
• Skilled at identifying expansion opportunities across repeat customers and multi-project environments
• Organized and disciplined managing account strategies and pipeline execution
• Competitive, accountable, and results-driven

• 10+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience
• Demonstrated success expanding revenue within strategic or enterprise customer accounts
• Experience selling into the?construction, infrastructure, engineering, or real estate development industries strongly preferred
• Experience selling construction technology, SaaS platforms, project documentation solutions, visual intelligence tools, jobsite security systems, or workflow platforms highly desirable
• Existing relationships with general contractors, developers, infrastructure owners, or ENR-ranked contractors strongly preferred
• Proven ability to develop and execute account expansion strategies tied to customer project pipelines and capital programs
• Proven success closing six-figure and multi-six-figure opportunities
• Experience supporting multi-site deployments, regional rollouts, or enterprise-level adoption initiatives preferred
• Strong communication, objection-handling, and negotiation skills
• Experience using CRM tools and managing strategic account pipelines

This role provides the opportunity to drive adoption across multi-project portfolios within one of the largest industries in the world and to build?total annual compensation in the $200,000+ range?based on performance and account growth (would include base salary plus uncapped commission). Comp Details:

• Base Salary: Starting at $100K
• On-Target Earnings (OTE) Year 1: $150K - $200K
• Year 2 and Beyond OTE: $200K - $400K+
