The Role:

YouLend has expanded to the US in 2022, and we are growing rapidly. YouLend is looking to hire a Junior Operations Analyst into the Operations Team. You will need to work with a variety of enterprise technology platforms and YouLend proprietary solutions to help fund and background check prospective merchants. We are constantly innovating and automating workflow, and you will be expected to contribute your views on how we can continuously improve.

Requirements

• Perform AML/KYC checks on merchants and business owners applying for business financing through the YouLend platform

• Prepare financing agreements and direct debit mandates

• Daily execution of payments to ensure businesses receive their funding

• Liaise with colleagues and external parties to promptly and effectively answer any payment related queries. Ensure service provided is to a high standard and make recommendations to improve and streamline processes and interactions.

• Data input, accurately inputting data across multiple systemsfull training will be provided

• Ensure timely completion of projects and goals in accordance with engagement and client requirements.

• Organize and review production and quality data via Excel or other Microsoft Office products to monitor project progress; manage problems; publish progress reports; and/or recommend actions. Present accurate and professional reporting to management and clients as required including graphs, reports, and presentations.

• Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency by responding immediately to escalated issues and rapidly changing priorities.
• Must possess critical thinking, analytic and problem solving skills to be used in operational planning and evaluation.
