GWFG is seeking a junior-level transactional real estate associate that is a self-starter and eager to learn and become an integral part of our team. An excellent opportunity for the right candidate to receive top-notch training with exposure to all aspects of real estate transactions from sales and dispositions, financings, corporate structuring, leasing and more. Tasks will include performing due diligence for buyers and sellers, conducting title review and clearance, and facilitating and participating in commercial real estate closings for a wide array of asset classes.
