This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 1 year of experience in personal injury litigation. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and grow within a supportive environment that champions client advocacy and professional development.

Requirements

Assist in managing personal injury cases from inception through resolution, under the supervision of senior attorneys.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Participate in the preparation of discovery materials and responses.
Attend client meetings, depositions, and court hearings as necessary.
Maintain communication with clients, providing updates on case progress.
Support trial preparation efforts as needed.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admitted and in good standing with the California State Bar.
At least one year experience in personal injury law.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
Passion for providing exceptional client service.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
