Job Description

Responsible for making juices and smoothies for members in a prompt, friendly manner and making drinks for servers to serve in the dining room. Must be able to perform in a fast paced environment, be knowledgeable, confident and have a positive attitude.

Starting Rate : $16.20 plus tips

Schedule :

Monday-Wednesday 2pm-10pm

Saturday-Sunday 10am-6pm

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Greets members promptly
Clearly and accurately describes all juice bar items and answers basic questions regarding the menu.
Properly and accurately takes orders
Has an understanding of all add-on and supplement properties.
Makes drinks that taste good and are properly portioned
Has proficient POS skills
Pays attention to server printer and makes their drinks accurately and timely
Attends to Juice Bar cleanliness and presentation
Acquires payment for all checks and maintains a cash drawer with no pattern of significant "walk outs", shortages or overages.
Completes all assigned opening and closing sidework including making accurate requisitions
Maintaining a clean and sanitary work area at all times
Maintaining a fresh, clean produce display with stock rotated daily
Maintaining, cleaning and lubricating equipment
Correct and accurate requisitions

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

Ensures TV's are set to current home team games when applicable
Able to answer basic questions about Club service and Club events
Able to address reasonable member requests
Uses proper food handling procedures according to sanitation standards

Requirements

Cashier experience preferred

Works well under pressure

Strong communication skills

Able to multi-task
