Juice Bar Attendant

Responsible for making juices and smoothies for members in a prompt, friendly manner and making drinks for servers to serve in the dining room. Must be able to perform in a fast paced environment, be knowledgeable, confident and have a positive attitude.

Starting Rate : $16.20 plus tips

Schedule :

Monday-Wednesday 2pm-10pm

Saturday-Sunday 10am-6pm

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Greets members promptly
• Clearly and accurately describes all juice bar items and answers basic questions regarding the menu.
• Properly and accurately takes orders
• Has an understanding of all add-on and supplement properties.
• Makes drinks that taste good and are properly portioned
• Has proficient POS skills
• Pays attention to server printer and makes their drinks accurately and timely
• Attends to Juice Bar cleanliness and presentation
• Acquires payment for all checks and maintains a cash drawer with no pattern of significant "walk outs", shortages or overages.
• Completes all assigned opening and closing sidework including making accurate requisitions
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary work area at all times
• Maintaining a fresh, clean produce display with stock rotated daily
• Maintaining, cleaning and lubricating equipment
• Correct and accurate requisitions

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

• Ensures TV's are set to current home team games when applicable
• Able to answer basic questions about Club service and Club events
• Able to address reasonable member requests
• Uses proper food handling procedures according to sanitation standards

Requirements

• Cashier experience preferred

• Works well under pressure

• Strong communication skills

• Able to multi-task
