In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced professionals in the zoning industry. Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive research on zoning laws, regulations, and restrictions
Interpret zoning maps, codes, and ordinances
Prepare and submit zoning applications and documents
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local municipalities
Ability to multi-task
Ability to meet time sensitive deadlines
Open to feedback and professional development
Maintaining a flexible work schedule

Requirements

At least two years of experience in zoning industry
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
Comprehensive understanding of zoning ordinances and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both face-to-face and virtually
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, GIS or similar software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-starter and independent time management skills
