Judicial Law Clerk - Antitrust

The U.S. offices of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP are seeking to hire current judicial clerks interested in associate positions in our antitrust practice group. Candidates will be considered for the Bay Area, New York, and Washington, DC offices. The ideal candidate will have relevant work experience as well as excellent credentials, and should be admitted to the bar within the jurisdiction they are interested (California, New York, and/or Washington, DC). Associates in Cleary?s antitrust practice can expect to work on all aspects of antitrust law, including civil and criminal antitrust litigation, government investigations, pre-merger notification and substantive defense of transactions, state aid awards, as well as general counseling, antitrust audits, and compliance programs. Associate Salary: The base salary for associate positions is $225,000 to $420,000, depending upon class year.
