We are seeking a skilled Jira Atlassian Administrator with deep expertise in managing large-scale Jira Data Center environments. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver and technical expert, capable of administering complex Jira setups, providing high-level support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows and system performance. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Jira Data Center administration in a secure, scalable, and controlled environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their Jira needs and deliver custom technical solutions to optimize workflows.
• Analyze existing Jira environments and configurations to identify gaps and implement sustainable improvements.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support and mentor junior team members.
• Create documentation and training materials to support self-service and end-user enablement.
• Customize Jira projects with complex configurations, including workflows, screens, schemes, and permissions.
• Utilize Scriptrunner and Groovy scripting to automate tasks and enhance Jira functionalities.
• Configure and manage Jira Service Management projects for ITSM use cases.
• Actively participate in the investigation and resolution of system issues, ensuring minimal impact on operations.
• Champion a culture of automation and continuous improvement within the team.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Jira Data Center Administration.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Atlassian tools, primarily Jira Data Center, in a large-scale environment (1000+ users, 100+ projects).
• Strong analytical skills to reverse-engineer existing setups, including apps and customizations.
• Experience in Groovy scripting with Scriptrunner.
• Familiarity with Jira Service Management configurations.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven success in end-user support and customer satisfaction.
• Calm, empathetic demeanor with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Enthusiasm for automation and learning new technologies, especially AI-powered solutions.
