AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of IT Analyst

This role will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions within the SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and Compensation modules.

Your Impact

Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements, ensuring solutions meet business needs for PERFORMANCE & GOALS AND COMPENSATION enhancements and new functionalities.

Lead SuccessFactors PERFORMANCE & GOALS AND COMPENSATION projects

Configure and customize the SuccessFactors PERFORMANCE & GOALS AND COMPENSATION to align with business needs.

Provide support and training to end-users on PERFORMANCE & GOALS AND COMPENSATION features and best practices.

Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve integration issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations.

Your Experience and Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.

6+ years of experience in the disciplines of Success Factor - PERFORMANCE & GOALS AND COMPENSATION

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Technical Proficiency: Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors PERFORMANCE & GOALS AND COMPENSATION

Project Management: Ability to lead multiple integration projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
