Under the supervision of the IT Program Director, the IT Project Coordinator will drive the Projects for all the related IT applications for the Isolation Valves Business Unit globally. This position is responsible for the oversight and advocacy with collaborators, vendor partners, Business Leadership and Users for all the related applications from project initiation, coordination to planned implementation time cycles. The role will interact with multiple workstreams and deal with requirements across various systems and tools
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Drive IT Projects globally, throughout the ISV Business Unit, to standardize the processes across the Business Units from Project Initiation to project completion.
Engage with Business Leaders, development team, program team, users, and partners to understand processes, needs, product vision, roadmap, deliver solutions, enhancements, and resolution of issues
Monitor and track project tasks and resource requirements time to time for different phases of implementation
Adhere to project timelines to meet and achieve on-time delivery
Identify project risks, assess risks and plan for mitigation and contingencies
Lead meetings between collaborators, resources, project sponsors and executives to provide project status reporting
Work with the training resources to ensure requisite training is imparted to business users as part of project implementation
Partner with business functional areas to improve processes leading to efficiencies
Ensures proper communication within project team; ensures project status, issues and successes are communicated to project governance and documented appropriately
Demonstrate accountability for meeting breakthroughs and deliver quality
Work closely with collaborators, customers to assess value, develop cases, and prioritize epics, features, and stories create and maintain a program backlog according to defined business value and/or return on investment targets
Collaborate with the businesses to develop and implement performance measures and other important business metrics.
Prepare and make presentations to users and management
Compliance with IT policy, standard procedures, documentation, security, etc.
May perform other duties as assigned

For This Role, You Will Need:
At least 10+ years of overall IT Experience in managing different IT Applications with hands on experience with various project phases such as implementation, development, testing and support
Must have minimum of 5-7 years in IT as a techno-functional role supporting various IT Applications
Experience in managing multiple projects at once and ensuring priority of issues and risks
Experience in Managing and implementing Oracle EBS Projects and Non-Oracle Projects (Web Applications / Integrations)
Understanding of Project important metrics, SLAs and able to perform both preparation & analysis of important metrics
Should be well versed with MS Excel (Advanced), MS PowerPoint and MS Project
Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external collaborators
Experience with managing projects on both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Experience with Azure Devops is must to have
Management Experience is desired
Experience working with Oracle or SAP or other relational databases
Experience in a Manufacturing environment is strongly preferred
Ability to learn and understand additional areas of the business and learn new software and technologies
Strong leadership and time management skills with the ability to prioritize, handle various tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to maintain confidential information
Possess strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
Ability to plan and manage short- and long-term projects
Ability to work with people in varied organizational relationships
Ability to balance providing both strategic input/insight and tactical
Experience with using or maintaining Oracle, SAP, or other Enterprise Resource Planning systems is a plus
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
BA/BS/ BE/B-Tech degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or related area
Equivalent experience in B-Tech with a technical background (MIS, Computer Science, Engineering or any related field)
Good interpersonal skills using English, both spoken and written, as will be working with overseas team
