ArentFox Schiff LLP is seeking a patent litigation associate to join the 2nd ? 5th year class, preferably in our Chicago or Washington, D.C. offices, although other cities where we have an office may be considered. Experience with trial, motions, depositions, expert reports, and discovery management is preferred. Additional requirements include strong organizational and writing skills, strong academic credentials including an undergraduate science degree, and a desire to excel in a law firm environment. The good faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $225,000 to a maximum of $305,000 per year. The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, years of relevant experience, education, applicable bar admissions, and the candidate's overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a comprehensive bonus system with opportunities for associates to receive: hours-based productivity bonuses, cash bonuses for business generation and expansion, and merit-based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding performance and contributions ranging from $10,000-$200,000+.
