Barclay Damon LLP, a leading law firm of nearly 300 attorneys that operates from a strategic platform of offices located in the Northeastern United States and Toronto, is seeking an associate to support its intellectual property litigation team. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of patent litigation or significant federal court litigation experience, including discovery and motion practice. Candidates must be licensed to practice in New York State and have strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills. The firm?s Syracuse office preferred but not required.
