The New York office of Alston & Bird is looking for a team member members to support its rapidly expanding Investment Funds team. A background in investment management and fund formation is required. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 3-6 years experience. Candidates can reside in our Charlotte or New York offices. Our dynamic, multi-disciplinary team is known for representing private equity funds, hedge funds, venture capital private credit funds, real estate funds, hybrid funds, and other types of funds employing alternative investment strategies, strategies. There is also an opportunity to learn and work on matters involving retail alternative funds, such as BDCs, interval funds funds, and closed-end funds.
