Job Description

The Salt Lake City office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP is seeking an experienced associate with outstanding credentials and qualifications to join our market leading Investment Funds Group. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of fund formation, investment management or related experience. Experience in the structuring, formation and management of private equity funds, real estate funds, credit funds, venture funds or BDCs and their management companies, or in GP stake sales and/or secondary transactions is preferred, but relevant general corporate experience will also be considered. Kirkland & Ellis LLP offers a competitive salary structure as well as a robust offering of benefits to all of its employees and attorneys. Compensation is based upon the roles and responsibilities of the position, the experience and education of the applicant and/or employee and is aligned with internal pay equity within Kirkland & Ellis LLP itself. The hiring salary range for this position is between $235,000 and $390,000. These figures are not representative of the full compensation range for this position.
