Who are we looking for?

We are looking to hire an Inventory Control / Operations Support person who wants to get involved with a small, fast-paced, and dynamic company. This individual will be responsible for maintaining inventory, kitting, and provide operational support to the engineering staff as needed and in accordance with the duties and responsibilities below.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of an MRP system
• Working knowledge of Arena PLM, or similar Document Control systems
• Working knowledge of FedEx /UPS shipping process
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Job requires lifting to 45 pounds.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver received parts to requestor as required.
• Transfer inventory parts into the MRP system and physically to the stockroom
• Support kitting for build of products internally and for kits outsourced to contract manufacturers.
• Maintain accurate stockroom inventory.
• Receive and fill inventory requests from Engineering or Production with MRP transaction completion.
• Clearly communicate status using the established collaboration tools
• Support incoming receipts of material
• Support outgoing shipments
• Support all other tasks as required
