• Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical institution
• Licensure: Active New Jersey Medical License (or eligibility to obtain)
• Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
• Experience: Fellowship trained; new graduates and fellows encouraged to apply
