We are currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internist or Family Medicine Physician to join a respected Family Health Center in Brooklyn, NY. This is a full-time role offering a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to serve an underserved population in a supportive, community-oriented environment.

• Evaluate patients' symptoms and provide diagnoses for acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe and manage medications, therapies, and specialized treatments
• Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and health maintenance
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
• Administer immunizations and conduct preventive care visits
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate medical records
• Refer patients to specialists when needed
• Participate in ongoing research and professional development

Requirements

Requirementsof theInternist/Family Medicine Physician:

• Must have an active NY State License
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Must have an active Medicaid and Medicaid number (NPI)
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
