Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internist or Family Medicine Physician for a Family Health Center in Far Rockaway, Queens . • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions (e.g., infections, hypertension, diabetes)
• Conduct physical exams and consult on patient concerns
• Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary
• Provide preventive care and health education
• Immunize patients and monitor treatment outcomes
• Maintain comprehensive patient records
• Coordinate with specialists and provide long-term patient support
• Participate in research and continuing medical education

Requirements

• Active New York State Medical License
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active Medicaid and Medicare numbers (NPI required)
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
