Internet Strategy & Litigation Judicial Clerk

Wilson Sonsini is hiring associates who are currently completing their federal district, appellate, or state supreme court clerkship and will be available to start in the fall of 2025 to join our Internet Strategy and Ligation team. This dynamic practice played a central role in shaping the legal landscape for the online world and routinely tackles cutting-edge legal issues, from the earliest battles over the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, to today?s disputes over privacy, copyright online, and free speech. You will work with clients ranging from industry leaders to early-stage start-ups, and a host of others in between, from the US and around the world. Bring your strong academic credentials as well as excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills to this exciting opportunity! You may sit in Century City, San Francisco, Palo Alto or New York. Compensation and Benefits Salary range of $225,00 ? $235,000, based on year classification. We offer competitive clerkship bonuses for qualifying courts.
