Job Description
Join the dynamic team at Pete's RV Center as an Internal Service Advisor! In this role, you will be integral in ensuring a seamless service experience for our customers and coordination between the service and parts departments. Your expertise in RV service processes will contribute to our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for customers and technicians to ensure effective communication throughout the service process.
- Create and manage service work orders, accurately detailing customer issues and service requests.
- Estimate costs and time for repairs and communicate these to customers clearly and effectively.
- Collaborate with service technicians to understand repair needs and ensure parts availability.
- Assist customers with inquiries concerning parts, accessories, and service recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of service orders, including detailed descriptions of work performed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in the service department.
- Attend all team meetings and training sessions to stay current with product knowledge and service standards.
- Other duties as assigned to support overall service operations.
Requirements

- Knowledge of RV parts and service processes is preferred.
