We are seeking individuals to fill the position of Intern - Special Projects for our Fredericksburg, VA location. The chosen candidate(s) will assist with facility inspections, data entry, IT hardware and workstation setup, cleaning, and groundskeeping.

_The candidate selected to fill this role will have responsibilities to consist of, but not limited to:_

• Working with the assigned department to learn Kaeser's processes, product line, and general business practices.
• Providing suggestions to Management for improving customer service and internal processes.
• Learning internal software systems.
• Performing clerical duties such as data entry, filing, shredding, and other projects as assigned by the Manager.
• Professionally represent Kaeser at all times.

_R_ _equired Qualifications:_

• Eager to learn and work with various departments within Kaeser.
• Good communication skills/phone skills required.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace.
