Job Functions:

• Use cleaning supplies and equipment to keep the interior of the office building looking clean and professional.
• Ensure spaces are prepared for the next day by taking out trash, tidying furniture and dusting surfaces.
• Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets.
• Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks and showers and restock disposables.
• Clean mirrors and windows.
• Responsible for stocking supplies in the coffee stations, copier stations, supply closets and other office areas as needed.
• Respond to emergency cleaning requests quickly and with a professional manner.
• Responsible for grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, weeding, mulching and snow removal.
• Responsible for safely operating and maintaining powered equipment including tractor, zero turn mower, push mowers, backpack blower, weed eaters, etc.
• Responsible for other various facilities and grounds maintenance tasks as assigned by the Facility Engineer and/or Special Projects Supervisor.
• Adhere to the Company's safety policies to create a safe work environment for everyone.
• Responsible for learning and following all applicable procedures and work instructions relating to the Company's quality and environmental system.

Education Level / Required Qualifications (as related to the job position):

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years work experience with lawn care equipment.
• High degree of professionalism.
• Good communication skills/phone skills required.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Regular physical attendance to at the worksite.
