Date: June 7, 2022 Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC, a full-service law firm of 275 attorneys with 15 offices that are located across New York State, as well as in Boston, Kansas City, FL and NJ, is seeking IP Attorneys with at least two years of experience to join the firm?s growing and sophisticated Intellectual Property practice. Work Locations: Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse, NY. We will also consider qualified candidates for our offices in Albany, Garden City, Melville and Westchester. Hybrid Work Arrangement Possible. Qualifications: Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials and excellent communication skills with at least 2 years of experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications. Candidates will also preferably have experience with intellectual property litigation and/or trademark prosecution and enforcement. While all technical disciplines will be considered, candidates will preferably possess an undergraduate or advanced degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics or mechanical engineering.
