In accordance with applicable Federal and State laws, the anticipated annual salary range for this position is as follows. $155,000 to $220,000 In addition to a standard benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on an array of factors, including but not limited to: work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications. While the ideal candidate will be located in the Rochester, NY area, the Practice Group will consider fully remote candidates, provided they have the requisite skills and experience to support the Rochester L&E team. The ideal candidate will have approximately three to eight years of experience in labor and employment litigation, as well as providing advice and counsel on labor and employment laws. Qualified candidates will be motivated self-starters with stellar academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, a commitment to excellence and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
