Job Description

Adams & Reese seeks an intellectual property associate with 2-4 years of experience for their Nashville office. Candidates must possess the necessary communication and analytical skills to work independently and as part of a team. Substantive intellectual property experience is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will have experience in some or all the following areas:

Trademark prosecution
International Trademark portfolio management
Soft enforcement of trademark and other IP rights
Domain name enforcement
Trademark clearance and counseling re availability of new brands
UDRP complaints
IP licensing and other transactions
Acting in relation to the above for domestic and overseas clients on international or multinational matters

Tennessee law license or ability to waive into the Tennessee Bar is required. This position is full-time in-office.
