Intake Coordinator

The Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates, PC is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to join our dedicated team. As an integral part of our firm, you will responsibly manage the initial contact with clients and help set the tone for their experience with us from the very start. Your primary duty is to ensure a smooth and effective intake process, helping potential clients understand their rights and the legal services available to them.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations with potential clients and gather necessary information to determine the elligibility of representation by our firm.
• Follow up with potential leads via phone, email, and text to retain clients.
• Maintain detailed notes and update the lead's status in the system as needed.
• Obtain all necessary signed documents from potential clients to retain them.
• Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, providing a friendly and professional welcome.
• Direct prospective clients to appropriate resources and manage urgent cases efficiently.
• Assist in other administrative tasks as required to support firm operations.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a legal intake or customer service role.
• Availability to work on Saturdays.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with clients in a compassionate and professional manner.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; experience with CASEpeer legal management software is a plus.
• A strong desire to support clients during their challenging times and a willingness to learn more about personal injury law.
