Insurance Sales Representative

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Conduct presentations to educate potential customers about Aflac's products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for ongoing business and referrals.
• Provide exemplary customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Manage and follow up on leads to maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for market expansion.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.

• Prior sales experience a plus but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without need of employer sponsorship
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
• Self-motivated with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial security goals.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
• A valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one as required by state law.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience

Compensation 1st Year Representatives typically earn between $65,000-$95,000 annually, with bonuses starting Week 8 in the role, and recurring / long-term revenue beginning in Year 2. Aflac provides Telemedicine and Health Advocacy at no charge and other benefits at a discount. In addition, there are non-monetary perks such as paid trips and flexible work schedules. Detailed compensation will be gone over at the 1st Interview.
