Insurance Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and file complaints, answers, motions, and discovery responses;
• Ability to interview witnesses, identify and engage experts, and assist with and/or take and defend depositions; and
• Maintain and manage a caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines and client expectations.

Qualifications:

• JD from an ABA accredited law school;
• Admission to the Colorado bar;
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; and
• Ability to manage complex cases and work collaboratively in a team environment.
