Insurance Defense Attorney

Cozen O?Connor?s seeks multiple attorneys with 8-15 years of significant insurance defense litigation experience to join to the firm in its firm?s California offices.office. The ideal candidates will have demonstrated familiarity with pretrial filings in the areas of complex litigation, construction, mass torts, personal injury claims, and products liability. Candidates must be capable of working independently and collaboratively, have excellent academic credentials, and demonstrate strong writing and analytical skills. Admission to California required. Cozen O?Connor represents insurers in complex litigation and bad faith disputes regarding virtually all lines of personal and commercial insurance. Our attorneys have served as lead trial counsel or national coordinating counsel in some of the largest insurance cases in recent memory. The salary range for this position is $185,000-$225,000 and represents the Firm?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate?s relevant experience and qualifications. We are not working with search firms to fill this position.
