As an Insurance Advisor at New York Life, you'll play a key role in helping clients navigate their insurance needs and secure their financial futures, offering expert guidance on life insurance and other financial products tailored to their unique needs.

Requirements

• Evaluate clients' insurance needs and offer personalized recommendations for life insurance and related financial products.
• Cultivate and sustain strong, trusting relationships with clients to support their long-term financial goals.
• Educate clients on the benefits of insurance products and guide them through available options.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
• Perform regular policy reviews to ensure alignment with clients' evolving needs and goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Willingness to obtain required licenses (sponsored by New York Life).
• Self-driven with a strong desire for personal and professional development.
