Location: Houston, TX Schedule: Monday?Friday (Optional Saturdays) Pay Rate: $25?$35/hour Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Overview The Patch Boys is seeking an experienced Drywall Repair Technician to join our growing team in Houston. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with strong experience in drywall installation, repair, and finishing who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform drywall hanging, installation, patching, and repairs
Match textures and complete finishing work to a high standard
Handle basic painting and trim work as needed
Complete remodeling-related drywall tasks
Transport tools and materials to job sites
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of proven drywall experience (installation, repair, finishing, texture matching)
Experience with painting; trim work and remodeling experience is a plus
Must own hand tools, power tools, and drywall equipment
Reliable truck or van capable of transporting materials and tools
Clean driving record
Comfortable passing a background check and drug screening
Availability Monday through Friday (Saturdays optional)
