Katten, a global Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a highly qualified associate to join its premier Insolvency and Restructuring Practice.

Qualified candidates should have 2-4 years of experience representing various parties in and out of bankruptcy court, including workouts, asset acquisitions, DIP financing, and other motion practice. This position is a great opportunity for a highly motivated candidate with strong communication skills.

Excellent academic credentials and strong writing and analytical skills are required. Candidates must be admitted to the Illinois State Bar.

Qualified candidates should attach their resume and a copy of their law school transcript to their application.
