Qualified candidates should have 2-4 years of experience representing various parties in and out of bankruptcy court, including workouts, asset acquisitions, DIP financing, and other motion practice. This position is a great opportunity for a highly motivated candidate with strong communication skills.

Excellent academic credentials and strong writing and analytical skills are required. Candidates must be admitted to the Illinois State Bar.
