We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative with proven experience in the Singapore market. This role requires an individual skilled in lead generation, client engagement, and deal closure within the IT space. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Singapore's local market dynamics, specifically in the tech and data sectors, to help drive business growth effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Singapore Market Focus : Leverage your understanding of the Singapore market to identify potential clients and generate leads specifically for IT and Data recruitment.
  • Client Engagement & Outreach : Conduct high-volume outbound calls and email outreach, building and nurturing relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers in Singapore-based companies.
  • Deal Closure : Achieve and exceed sales targets by managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact through deal closure.
  • Market Insights & Strategy : Stay informed on Singapore's IT and Data market trends, helping refine outreach strategies and identifying growth opportunities.
  • CRM Management : Efficiently track and manage client interactions in CRM software, ensuring all sales activities are documented and follow-ups are timely.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure that client needs are met and services are delivered smoothly.
Preferred Skills:
  • Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with common IT and Data roles and technologies in demand within Singapore.
  • Problem-Solving : Able to address client concerns and objections with effective solutions tailored to the local market.
