Work hours: MondayFriday; 3-4 days/week 9AM-5:30PM, 1-2 days/week 10:30AM-7PM
Pay Scale: Up to 93k/year! Our 4 Account Executives average $81K!

Benefits

• Position Summary: 50+ phone conversations/day required. Responsible for generating appointments and sales for Capital Heating & Cooling products & services by converting inbound inquiries to sales, and making multiple outbound calls. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships by becoming a trusted advisor. Learn our industry and apply your talent.
  Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years minimum experience selling products & services to consumers by phone.
  • HVAC experience not necessary - Consultative Phone Sales experience is the key
  • Professional phone etiquette, negotiation skills and business acumen
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, diction, active listening
  • Ability to learn and communicate HVAC products and servicesHVAC experience NOT required; this is NOT a technical role
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Comfortable learning new software & operating multiple applications simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and plan your day
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
  • Money motivated with an ethical approach toward business
