The Inside Sales Coordinator supports the Inside Sales team by managing the post-sale process after a customer provides verbal commitment.You'll?ensure a smooth transition from sale to completion by handling financing, contracts, scheduling, and Salesforce updates. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and ready to take ownership of accuracy and follow-through in a fast-paced sales environment.You'll?work closely with?the?Sales and Operations?teams?to ensure every order is completed correctly and efficiently. What?You'll?Be Doing?

• Handle live customer handoffs and guide them through financing, contracts, and?install'scheduling?

• Update Salesforce opportunities with?accurate?project details and installation notes?

• Communicate with customers?to?keep orders moving forward??

• Generate customer and insurance quotes as needed??

• Ensure same-day or next-day order completion??

• Partner with Operations to ensure installation readiness??

• Support team KPIs and?participate?in ongoing training and coaching?

• 1-3 years of customer service, administrative support, or sales support experience preferred??

• Strong communication?and interpersonal skills??

• Excellent organization and attention to detail??

• Ability to problem-solve and confidently handle customer concerns??
