About the Role

The Information Security Engineer II is a professional member of the CISO Identity & Access Management tam providing expertise and guidance related to IAM within the organization. The role involves supporting internal access and compliance audits, identity governance, implementing access controls while ensuring they comply with applicable security policies.

Responsibilities

+ Administer user accounts and access privileges to the organizations identity and access management systems.

Work closely with the IAM team to ensure the right people have access to the right resources.

Support day-to-day operations, end users and trouble shoot access issues.

Facilitate User Access Revies across various applications and platforms.

Participate in IAM projects and initiatives

Monitoring user activity system activity and reconciling application, active directory, and access management systems.

Participate in compliance audits and supporting IAM audits and reporting.

Identify risks and recommending solutions to ensure compliance with IAM standards.

Work with IAM team to resolve identity and access management best practices.

Documenting IAM processes and procedures.

Requirements

+ Bachelor's degree or better in Information Technology, Information Security, Computer Science or a related field.

Minimum of 2 to three years of experience in Information Technology.

Familiarity with identifying security risks in process or procedures.

Familiarity with IAM concepts and best practices.

Familiarity with authentication and authorization methods and password management.

Knowledge of Information Security and /or Information Technology techniques and practices.

Experience with developing security recommendations, policies, and procedures that are meaningful, defensible and actionable for a variety of audiences.

Ability to work individually and as a part of a team.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $80,080 -$104,000
